Allow prospective customers to lease rather than buy domains from other UD domainers, enforced by smart contract. This would open up new opportunities and increase liquidity.

Two reasons I need to speak to someone re the AI site generator, and also the cancelled expiring domain transactions, 3 in total. I wanted to test out a subscription. But I will eventually become a Pro subscriber/private. I also have a couple of good domains to white label. But do I handle payments, or is it automated? I would like a quick chat. A counter-offer feature would streamline negotiations between buyers and sellers in domain transactions. It’s useful because: Buyers: could propose alternative prices without walking away, increasing deal success rates. Sellers: would save time by responding to offers directly within the platform instead of external communication. Platforms: would benefit from higher engagement and fewer abandoned negotiations.

A generic pic for each domain (as UD did with .npc, or an AI-generated pic if you can afford it). Can make galleries for the lazy uploaders stand out.
