  5. I'd like to speak to a support agent

Two reasons I need to speak to someone re the AI site generator, and also the cancelled expiring domain transactions, 3 in total. I wanted to test out a subscription. But I will eventually become a Pro subscriber/private. I also have a couple of good domains to white label. But do I handle payments, or is it automated? I would like a quick chat. 6. Enable user auctions and share revenue from expired domain auctions to better support domainers and sellers.

For Unstoppable Domains to position itself as a truly domainer-focused platform, it needs to go beyond basic domain registration and ownership features and actively support the economic interests of domain investors. While the platform has made strong progress in areas like blockchain-based ownership and simplified domain usability, there is still a significant opportunity to enhance its appeal to serious domainers. Two major features that could unlock this potential are user-driven auctions and a fair revenue-sharing model for expired domain auctions. First, introducing a user auction system would empower domain owners to sell their domains more effectively within the platform itself. Currently, many domain investors rely on external marketplaces to auction their domains, which creates fragmentation and reduces engagement within a single ecosystem. By allowing users to list their domains for auction directly, Unstoppable Domains could centralize activity, increase liquidity, and create a more dynamic aftermarket environment. Auctions are a proven mechanism for price discovery, especially for premium or highly desirable domain names. They attract competitive bidding, which often results in better valuations for sellers and more transparent pricing for buyers. A native auction system would also encourage users to stay within the platform rather than seeking third-party services. This increases user retention and builds a stronger community around buying, selling, and investing in domains. Additionally, integrating auction tools with existing domain management features would provide a seamless experience for sellers, allowing them to manage listings, track bids, and finalize transactions without leaving the platform. This level of convenience and integration is essential for attracting professional domainers who prioritize efficiency and control. Second, implementing a revenue-sharing model for expired domain auctions would significantly enhance trust and fairness within the ecosystem. In many traditional systems, when a domain expires, it is taken over by the platform or registrar and auctioned off, with all proceeds going to the company. While this may be standard practice, it does not necessarily align with the interests of domain owners, especially if the domain still holds value at the time of expiration. By sharing a portion of the auction revenue with the previous owner, Unstoppable Domains could differentiate itself as a platform that genuinely values its users. This approach recognizes that the original owner contributed to the domain’s value, whether through branding, development, or simply holding a desirable name. Offering them a share of the proceeds creates a sense of fairness and encourages continued participation in the platform. This model could also reduce negative sentiment around domain expiration. Instead of feeling like a loss, expiration becomes a softer transition where the previous owner still benefits financially. This can be particularly appealing for domainers managing large portfolios, where occasional expirations are inevitable. Knowing that they can still recover some value from expired assets makes the platform more forgiving and user-friendly. From a business perspective, both features would likely increase overall platform activity and revenue. User auctions would generate transaction fees, while expired domain auctions would become more attractive and competitive due to the added goodwill and transparency. More users would be inclined to participate actively, knowing they have better opportunities to monetize their assets. Moreover, these features would strengthen the platform’s competitive positioning. The domain industry already includes several marketplaces and services that cater to auctions and aftermarket trading. However, few platforms combine decentralized ownership with a robust, user-friendly marketplace that actively rewards sellers. By bridging this gap, Unstoppable Domains could establish itself as a leader in the next generation of domain platforms. Another important aspect is community trust. Platforms that prioritize user benefits tend to build stronger, more loyal communities. When domainers feel that a platform is designed with their interests in mind, they are more likely to invest time, money, and effort into it. This leads to organic growth, as satisfied users recommend the platform to others. In contrast, platforms that appear to prioritize profits over user value often struggle with retention and reputation. Additionally, these features would align well with the broader vision of decentralization. If the goal is to give users more control and ownership, then extending that philosophy to the marketplace and revenue model makes perfect sense. User auctions decentralize the selling process, while revenue-sharing ensures that value is distributed more fairly among participants. In conclusion, introducing user auctions and a revenue-sharing model for expired domain auctions would significantly improve the platform’s value proposition. These features address key pain points for domain investors, enhance monetization opportunities, and create a more engaging and fair ecosystem. By implementing them, Unstoppable Domains would not only attract more domainers but also establish itself as a truly user-centric platform that delivers real, tangible benefits. This would ultimately make the platform not just functional, but genuinely worth it for anyone serious about domain investing.

  8. Tag Manager- Area

Currently, if I want to add "tags" to multiple domains, I can only add one tag per domain at a time; after that, the pop-up closes, and I have to select the domain again, enter another tag, and repeat the process. Although the saved tag can be applied to other domains at any time, this process is very time-consuming and tedious, as you have to click on the domain and enter a new tag for each individual tag If the "tags" feature actually offers a benefit for the Marketplace, then there should be a section where you can manage them all (add, edit, delete), so that if you have multiple tags you want to assign, you can do it all at once. I really like the rest of the platform. But I think it’s missing a tag manager. Maybe I’m overlooking it. I really looked for it.

  10. Separating owned domains from those listed for sale

Really solid platform and overall experience has been great. One improvement that would make a big difference at scale is separating owned domains from those listed for sale into distinct views or tabs. When managing larger portfolios, having both mixed in a single view creates friction and slows down decision-making. A dedicated "For Sale" section would significantly improve clarity and workflow efficiency for domainers.
